Dafne Canales Lees - VP, Customer Experience

Dafne brings her entrepreneurship experience and passion for creating efficient systems to support the Spartan 6 System through ensuring an unparalleled customer experience.

Dafne first started creating systems during her role as a Business Development Manager for Corporate Traveller, a division of Flight Centre, when they first came to Calgary in 2002. Dafne created sales materials, and business development systems and procedures that were soon implemented across North America.

In a chance to follow her passion, Dafne opened a dance studio and leveraged her obsession with systems to create a unique and successful “dance-studio formula.” In 2005, with the help of the Spartan 6 software, she was also able to automate payments and class registrations, as well as a variety of other back-end operations. The dance studio grew to 12 instructors who each operated out of different locations and featured an award winning dance troupe that performed internationally.

The decade-long entrepreneur experience allowed Dafne to learn invaluable lessons about running a business, human resources and about the way people learn. Currently working as Vice President of Customer Experience at Spartan 6, Dafne is the translator between the technology and the client’s needs, and an educator about technology and how it can improve business efficiency.
