An online community was created to bring Real Estates Agents, Developers, Builders, Contractors, and Buyers together. The client is able to change 100% of the content on any page, allowing them to change their marketing message as required. Users can upload their own listings for buying and selling homes allowing for more interactivity within the community. In the future the client will be rapidly able to expand into new regions, as the website software has been developed to be able to grow with the needs of the community.

The site was designed with a short turn around time which offered information about the non-profit company as well as their upcoming fundraiser. A call to action for donations and online ticket sales as well as single-click buttons were added that integrated with third party services including Paypal. The client was able to refer potential donors and sponsors to a professional website as well as easily upload PDF files that contained extensive information about tax receipts and sponsorship levels.

The client wanted an online booking system to qualify customers, which also provided them with all the information required. She was also looking for an event booking system, which offered different kinds of events such as workshops, presentations and multi-day events. These were all automated and linked to Paypal, and further each Admission Ticket has a barcode associated with it, so that entry into the events is as easy as scanning the e-ticket and keeping track of all participants and patrons.

A Newsletter system with different categories of subscribers was implemented in order for client to keep in contact with various types of clients such as, new students, existing students, event patrons etc. Online registration for classes, workshops and live events were integrated with Paypal allows administration costs to be cut down. Teachers and studio staff now have access information from remote locations.
